Contact our concierge at our Sunninghill or Sandton branches to schedule your initial assessment. If you are seeking a specific service, such as a 360° Executive Audit or a Dermatology Consultation, please let us know so we can allocate the appropriate clinical time.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to our Digital Intake Form. We request that this be completed prior to your arrival. This allows the team to have everything ready before you even enter the room.

To provide the most accurate clinical strategy, please ensure we have access to the following during your first visit:
Historical Data: Any recent blood test results, radiology reports (X-rays/MRIs), or specialist letters from the last 12–24 months.
Current Protocol: A list of all chronic medications and supplements (including dosages) you are currently taking.
Identification: Your ID/Passport and Medical Aid membership card for our secure records.
Arriving at the Institute: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle in and enjoy a refreshment in our lounge.
Continuity of Care: As a One Care patient, your records are seamlessly integrated across both our Dainfern and Sunninghill facilities.
Confidentiality: Your data is protected by world-class encryption and kept strictly confidential, in full compliance with POPIA and international medical privacy standards.
