To maintain our standard of excellence, we operate on a private fee structure. This allows for unhurried consultations and access to the latest diagnostic advancements.
Consultation Fees: Our fees are based on the duration and complexity of your visit.
Customized Quotes: For specialized services—such as our Executive Health Audits or surgical dermatology—we provide a detailed estimate beforehand so you can plan your health investment with total clarity.
Settlement: To keep our focus on clinical care rather than administration, we kindly request settlement at the time of your visit via bank card or on-site EFT.
While we are a private facility, we understand the importance of your medical insurance.
Claim Assistance: As a courtesy, we can submit your claims directly to your medical aid on your behalf.
Seamless Integration: Because we are "contracted out," your provider may cover a portion of the fee while the remainder is settled by you. We recommend checking your specific plan’s "out-of-hospital" benefits to understand your coverage levels.
Account Care: We ask that any balances not covered by your insurance be settled on the day to keep your account in good standing.
The One Care experience is built on punctuality and dedicated focus. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
Changing Your Plans: If you need to reschedule, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed entirely) prevent us from helping other patients in need. In these instances, a cancellation fee equivalent to the consultation will apply.
We value the convenience of digital communication. When our clinicians provide significant medical advice or prescriptions via WhatsApp, Email, or Video Call outside of a scheduled visit, a professional tele-consultation fee is applied to account for the clinical time and record-keeping involved.
