What is One Care Medical's VIP Medical Programme?

One Care Medical Centre's VIP Medical Programme is a relationship between the patient and our facility in which the patient pays a monthly or annual membership fee. This is the first programme of its kind in South Africa and we hope to set a nationwide example for a new model of healthcare delivery. In exchange for this membership, our doctors provide enhanced care, including principally a commitment to limit patient loads to ensure adequate time and availability for each patient. Patients have the option to join our practice as members and enjoy these enhanced benefits or can continue to consult privately on a cash basis as they have previously been doing.
